Job Description

- To submit the prepared protocol text for the approval of the university senate and to inform the relevant unit

- Conducting the necessary correspondence during the YÖK approval process

- To submit the completed protocols to the Rector in 2 copies, archiving 1 copy of the protocols signed by the other institution

- Publishing the signed protocols on the Protocol Department website

- Conducting the necessary international correspondence (e-mail and communication process)

- Conducting, reporting and correspondence with the Protocol Commission secretariat.
